Dear All,
Had a super time in Paris, loved everything, Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, the Seine and of course the Louvre. Arrived in Switzerland yesterday in glorious sunshine, through the French Alps. Everything is covered in about two feet of snow, watched the skiers braving the slopes.
The Swiss seem fascinated in the Taxi, probably because they've never seen anything so old on the roads, everything is so clean and modern here. It's a real thrill to see the lovely Lake and the snow covered mountains on the other side. We slept the night last night in a free camping area right on the lake and we are now about to go and have a real Swiss meal.
